    My biking day

    锻炼身体,锻炼身体.皮之不存,毛将焉附?

    昨天下午突然想到自己坚持了四五年,每天一小时的锻炼,自从到了这里,就停止了.原因要找,是有的;借口要找也是有的;但此时,却不应该再去懒惰了吧.从车库里找出刚来的时候花一百澳元买的二手自行车,头盔,打了汽,上了点机油,试了一下,居然还很好骑.于是换衣服,拿相机,从FLYNN一路骑到BELCONNEN湖边的公园,骑车十公里,拍了些相片,觉得不过瘾,今天上午又早早起来,背了相机,背包,相机架,又骑了十公里.不知道到底是想去拍照片,还是想去锻炼身体,总而言之,空气清新,鸟语花香,夏天终于到来了,虽然一身大汗但感觉尚好.堪培拉是一个人工设计的城市,不像其它地方是由人口聚集之后渐渐发展起来的.所以,在设计的时候就开辟了自行车道,贯穿了整个堪培拉,而且是与公路分开的,就像是乡间的小径,不过却比土路好走了许多.

    穿过公路,穿过居民区,穿过野草从生的国家公园,你就开心的骑吧.要是上下班的高峰期,你可能每五六分钟会遇到一个骑车人.除此之外,也许骑上十分钟,见不到一个人类.:)累了就停下来,架起相机拍几张相片,虽然没有伴侣,虽然仍然有点点形孤影单的感觉,但是比起在家,坐在电脑前渡过一天的休息日要好了许多.

    应该坚持下去.骑车,跑步.继续五年前的生活.健康的身体才能寄托健康的心灵.周二,周三,我的biking day.
